My convertible is a base Challenger with the N code 383 [log on ID], rallye guages, heavy duty rallye suspension, 3.23 sure grip rear end and dual exhaust with out the tips. All of the R/T goodies [except tips] in a base Challenger. You could of even ordered the power bulge or shaker hoods on any 4 bbl equiped cars built after Dec. 1969.

Are you sure about your statement? To my recollection, the shaker hoods were standard on the 426 hemis and 440 6-packs. They only became available on the 340s and 383s for the 1971 model run.
