I'm not crazy about the styling, but I'd rather see that than the Cadimarvette which can't seem to make up it's mind what it is supposed to look like. GM should have discontinued the car division of Chevrolet in my opinion after transfering the Corvette and Malibu to Pontiac. Miscellious brands like Chevrolet trying to be everything but end up being nothing in the end and realistically since the volume market has gone the way of the Oldsmobile, Plymouth, Saturn, Eagle/AMC: keeping a volume division seems like a short sighted approach while killing the only defining devision. Yes, I know sales had not been as good as they had been the years before; however, the Firebird being back would have given the brand the needed image to regain their desirability that the Slowstice was never able to deliver.
