I've never met him..... but he does not have a good reputation with clients over his widebody Challengers, if you you ever get a chance to look at these cars close up you'll see really poor quality work, a good example would be the Cult Energy Matte Black SRT8 Challenger, once it left Topo's after it fell SEVERLY behind in schedule and miised it's debut on Bullrun, the owner carted away from his shop to SHR Performance and the pictures were shocking to see what Topo used for filler (cardboard and peices of wood) in the wide body panels, bad welds, and a more issues atop of that. I will post the thread from another forum,

the car today looks like a million bucks, if you You-Tube "Cult Energy Challenger" you'll see a 3ft tall engine with an intake scoop that could swallow a small baby,
