Default Vanishing Point Special Addition

Now that I have your attention... this is what I wish Dodge would do. Have the top of the line SRT-8 (which might be 6.4 in 2011) and tune it with a Supercharger and suspension package. It would be very expensive and very few of us could afford it. But we would all have bragging rights as it would out perform the Z-28 and GT500. Use a white body and very few graffics on the car. This would be mostly interior design, seats, and instrumintation. The focus would be on performance and pass on all the extra expense to the customer who buys it. Then when the Car Mags go to test the best of the American three... we would have a nice shot at kicking some Detroit butt. They would sell very few but they would not have to absorb any cost. This way we end up with bragging rights and own the regular Challengers we all love and respect and can afford. Just one way to advertise by letting the car mags do it for you. I think the pay back on regular Challengers would be worth the effort. They have tuners who are supercharging Dodge HEMIs and the leap is not too far. I just wonder if there is a snag on useing the Vanishing Point name. If so then call it the VP edition. We all know what that means. Imagine 600 plus ponies and we would read about it stopping Ford and Chevy in their bragging rights tracks. LOL... just saying?
