Well I own a 1978 model with a 2000cc engine and auto trans. Had no choice in that as it was the last one left. I know this should go elsewhere but as a first timer perhaps some one can direct me. I cannot seem to find the correct voltage regulator for this 2000cc -- apparently it's easier for the 1600 and 2600 versions. Anyway after replacing the alternator, several batteries and sets of wiring cables, it's still overcharging with no end in sight. Almost enough to make a grown man cry.
