In the February 2011 issue of Motor Trend, four ponycars were compared. The Challenger SE finished in third place because of negatives about its size, transmission, and just "adequate" interior amenities.

Here are the cars in their order of finish:

1. Mustang (305 hp)- 0-60- 6.2 sec.; 1/4- 14.5@97.3 mph
2. Hyundai Genesis 3.8 (306 hp)- 0-60 mph- 5.8 sec.; 1/4- 14.2@100.4 mph
3. Challenger SE (305 hp)- o-60 mph- 6.4 sec.; 1/4- 14.8@94.8 mph
4. Camaro (312 hp)- 0-60 mph- 6.1 sec.; 1/4- 14.5@98.2 mph

Note: For a V6, that Genesis really has some impressive numbers.
