Royal Purple is releasing a new product, High Performance Street (HPS) motor oil, in grades 5W20, 5W30, 10W30, 10W40 and 20W50, for performance/modified engines. This oil contains high amounts of common anti-wear zinc/phosphorus anti-wear additives that provide exceptional oil film strength and the load carrying capabilities needed by flat tappet and/or high lift camshafts, as well as outstanding oxidation resistance as compared to common mineral or synthetic API-licensed engine oils.

The company claims that the high film strength of its oil improves combustion to free up more power, optimizes fuel economy, reduces emissions, as well as wear.
