I spoke to the dealershop where I purchased it. They told me they have to contact the regional manager from Dodge and then the kit gets sent to the dealership and i will pick it up. The sales manager at the dealership told me that they have had an issue before with the owners kit and have made it a point to contact the regional manager immediately after the car is purchased. Maybe you can get the dealership you bought the car from to get on the phone and give it a try. The sales manager also told me that at one point, Dodge couldnt locate where the kits were. They were misplaced. Imagine, 500 owners kits in big metal boxes, numbered for sequence, all missing! LOL!
