As I attended the autoshow last fall here in Seattle I had the opportunity to check this vehicle out. I'll give credit to the Korean car company for making significant strides forward given the junk they once produced. The Equos was a very nice car, but agreed, no where near the fit and finish of an S class, or even that of a Lexus, Audi, BMW, or Cadillac. I'd certainly hope we(ok, me) would see Chrysler in that class soon.

For Hyundai themself, they have turned the market upside down with their nicely designed vehicles and very improved quality, so too can Chrysler and their perception. The only issue I see now with Hyundai is moving too close to the same design look, like Sonata, Elantra, and the new Accent. It kind of reminds me of Pontiac in closing years...too similar of a look in model to model and FAR too much body cladding.
