Cores are glassbeaded, disassembled and inspected,
New bushings installed where applicable
Hinge pivot points drilled and reamed to next oversize
New pins fitted
New springs
new roller guides where required
Basically all moving wear parts are replaced with new manufactured parts.
Primed with Rust-O- Leum sandable grey primer
Ready to paint body color and install.
