Welcome to the forum! What section in St. Louis are you from? I'm actually originally from around that area.
What engines did you have in the minivans out of curosity and how many miles out of them? The RoadRunner sounds like it was sweet car.
I'm from the Affton area which is just south of the city limits.
The 88 Voyager had the 3.0 mitsubishi engine, I don't remember the mileage, but it lasted from 88 to 97, if that helps. It threw a rod so thats why we got the 97 in 1997. Now the 97 Voyager also had the 3.0 and it had something like 150-160K on it when it got traded for the 05. That van was excellent, never had the tranny replaced or anything (as we know, can be a common practice for some Mopars). Just basic routine maintenance. When we traded it to Dodge, they told us that the 97 model year was a particularly good year for the caravan/voyager, and that they send them off to get refurbished and ship them to Mexico for further use. Thats what they told us at the dealer, don't know if its true, but I do know that 97 had virtually no issues and no major repairs.
