Default RE: 1971 Challenger R/T

ORIGINAL: kelly

The 383 looks like it is '67-'69 era, mainly because of the turquoise paint. The small block cars were turquoise from '70-'74ish. The paint is original? Read us off that fendertag code when you get the car home. I hope you are keeping that bizarro tan interior, even on a Go Mango machine that is still fairly rare.
Great find man, I hope my challenger will show up soon!

The car has a 440 in it now, I just mentioned the 383 because thats what the vin tag reveals that it should be. The bluise turquoise color are the plug wires that are on the engine. It does not have the original engine but for the most part the car appears original. And yes I had no intention on replacing the interior, just reparing the mice damage. The interior is in fair to good condition and it just needs to be cleaned. There is grain dust all over the damn place. Sits next to a HUGE John Deere Combine. I will get you the tag information as soon as I can locate them all when its home. Was hopeing this weekend but we are suposedley getting 6-12" of the old man winters dandruff tonight and tomorrow.

Here are a few more interior pics....
