Default RE: Mustang Fans Getting Scared

I agree with you as far as these are the cars that are offered by their respected corps. My point was as far as 4, 6 and 8 cyliners. Some people get the idea that a 4 or 6 cylinder will be a better power producer and then state it as fact. They will use a pressurised 4 and 6 and compare it to a NA 8. When a company sends a car out as a finished product, then that is what will be tested against its competition. We should always test stock against stock. For after mods are done, then it is how much money you want to throw at it. Enough money and it has no choice but to go faster and stop quicker as well as handle better. I'm glad that Dodge sends us a product that is NA, this way we have the option if we want to put the power enhancers on or leave the car as stock. The power level is already high and we still have the option to turbo or supercharge to an insanely high amount of horsepower. Which begs the question of how much horsepower is too much horsepower for the street. For anyone who has had over 500 hp on the street, please chime in and let us know how streetable your car is or was and at what HP level you were at. Thanks for the reply and have a nice day,Randy.
