by SC, what do you mean

I'm going to get my brother to come back to SC next weekend and drive one of my cars back to NC. Then I can drive the Challenger back and forth to work on nice days. It has 3.91 rear gears so we will more than likely drive down I85 at night or early in the morning. 55 MPH and I'm above 3000 rpm.
I believe he is referring to SC as the state initials for South Carolina. If you notice he also makes a reference to NC which would logically be a reference to North Carolina. He wasn't refering to supercharging if that was what you where thinking.

lear4406: I can see why it would use that much fuel. Cruising at 4000RPM, ouch! That would guzzle the gas right down. I'd go with the 5-speed myself but of course it isn't your primary vehicle. Also, have you ever looked into those systems which allow you to double the ratios in your transmissions. I remember reading about them in Car Craft. I remember one of our other members had one for his Challenger R/T, he seemed to like it.
