Well finally two of six Dodge dealers I called locally are building a list of first call buyers. They are not taking deposits at this time but I spoke with the sales manager of each dealership and saw their list so it is very real and taken seriously by each the dealership owner. I gave them the "my dream car" "help and old veteran" pitch and it seemed to work.
