Washed my wife,s Charger R/T with dishwashing liquid (to strip off the old wax). Then I did a Meguiar,s Clay Bar Treatment (I do it every summer) and washed it again with dishwashing liquid (the dressing that floats the clay has wax in it - wanted all of that off of the car). Then applied Meguiars Gold Class Liquid Wax and removed it with the microfiber towel that comes with the kit. Finished it off with Meguiars Hot Shine Tire Spray (which incidentally works great for rejuvinating plastic/rubber trim/bumpers/weatherstripping on older cars) on the tires.
PLEASE don,t hate the car - just appreciate the finish on this 06 Charger R/T.
