so ive installed subs in 4 or 5 different cars. i went to hook up and aftermarket amp and a 12 in my friends 2010 v6 challenger. it has the touch screen stereo. i found the battery in the trunk and was thrilled by the simplicity of the setup. once every thing was wired the subwoofer wouldnt bump. it just made a static noise. im not sure what the problem is. i spliced the line out converter into the rear deck speaker. i was thinking maybe the factory amp was ruining the signal coming from the rear speaker.
