Well there you go! I think the Mustang was out gunned from the get go. I think a better comparison would be in 2009 Challenger R/T vs Mustang Bullit. Both manual trans. I give the nod to the R/T and with no hesitation About what I would of expected.

 

I just love when the track proves all the paper equations wrong!
After seeing the Vid, anyone who still boasts about the Stang is just 5000.00 short of driving a real car!

 

That's really not a fair comparison. The top end Challenger against the low end version of the Mustang.

 

Agreed. This was another dumb comparison that was frankly a pointless one to make. The only model it is fair to both sides to compare the SRT-8 to is the GT500. And if they are going to compare the Challenger to something that is other than the GT500, they need to equip them as similarly as possible (auto vs. auto, not auto vs. manual). I'm at least glad they finally used the actual car instead of more paper wars because paper wars are for us to do, not "official" media sources.

 

can someone explain the differance from a brake lock rear end and a mechanical limited slip??
