Popular Hot Rodding Oct 07. Short paragraph and photo of Challenger concept being pushed near Woodward Ave (Detroit) at Woodward Dream Cruiiuse. Reports that non MOPAR blogs have taken to trashing Challenger as non functional due to this one episode. Note: there is no description of why the Challenger concept was being pushed, and photo was taken with cell phone.

I believe it ran out of gas, no funtioning gas gauge. But if that is the only image they remember... they are welcome to look at the front of my new Challenger when I get it. Because after I crank it up, all they will see is tailights. Fast is as fast does.

That's odd, I would think they would at least have a functional gas gauge. Could someone post it or something?

I think most of the gauges were non-functional. Just for looks.

That can't be safe considering the fact that the car is going to be driven no matter what. I can hardly image that would be legal.

How cool is it though to have a job where you can run out of gas while testing the product...or do you think the test pilot caught an earfull?
