If I were Pontiac I'd try to hire the guys from Pacifica to remake a modern Goat. That thing misses as badly as the thing they are passing off today.

Well, they stopped making the most recent GTO in 2006. I'm just not sure if there is a way to do it right other than do this just like Chrysler did the Challenger and make it look as close to the original as possible, which I doubt GM wants to make the investment into doing.

I think they need to just put all of their eggs in one basket for financial reasons and just do a great job with the Camaro. If succesful they could do another rear end car using the Camaro's platform similiar to what Dodge has done.

I like the LS2 GTO's thank god they didn't come out with that. Holy moly!! the 2004-06 Gto's have a simple classines to em if you ask me. Something like a beamer but with out as much love. Plus LS2 means death to about anything on the road. Peace...
