If you have the ECG and streering wheel buttons, all you have to do is cycle through the menu button on settings and it's in there, just make sure you're parked when you do it.

I looked in the owner manual this morning . And was able to turn the HSA off . The light didn't blink but twice . But took it out and it is off. Hope that has nothing to do with the traction control . Stopped at the muffler shop where some of us car guy's hang out. My friend wasn't there. So didn't check the engine mount yet. At least now I know I can take off without the brake's holding the car back. Think it was over sensitive myself. My car doesn't have the button's on steering wheel or the EVC . Had to look for it but it tells in owner manual what to do.

Look in your owners book and there is a way to shut the hill asssist off. I did it and I like it much better. It was driving me crazy or at least finishing me off
