My Charger, spare tire, jack and hold downs came from my Ebay purchase. The package contents was true to the listing. Everything was brand new and it was $132.00 shipped. The package arrived in time for my Thanksgiving trip which gave me a little better confidence in case of a flat. I looked in the owners manual for the proper way to mount the spare and jack. This 18 inch spare and jack mounts just like the photo in the owners manual. A seperate plastic wing nut holds down the jack and lug wrench, the tire goes on top of this and then a round plastic circular nut holds down the tire. Where did you buy it? Was it an eBay store?

 

It was just a listing under Dodge Charger spare tire. There is one on Ebay this morning but I did not see the jack set up for sale. The bid starts at $39.00 and it has not been mounted on a car.

 

Here is a link to the same seller who I bought my jack and spare from. He has another for sale. In the listing he mentions you can ask for the 18 inch spare or have the 17 inch.
