Lost drive modes

Had a dead battery in my 2019 challenger scat pack and when I put the new battery in the radio looks different and I can't activate the drive modes. Any suggestions to fix this or why it happened?

Tom, I had the same thing happen. I don't know if it went back to the way it was or when I plugged in my phone I saw everything went back to normal. I have a 2019 Mopar Edition in white.
