By the way....I do know my way around the track pretty well....to the tune of about 250+ passes a year.
My Challenger has never had the motor, trans or rear touched. So it is pretty close to stock. Just your every day "Mustang Spank'er" that all.
I drove a guys car and went faster than the owner once,he got upset and I vowed never to do it again. Ive never been 'Spanked' yet and it wont happen Saturday....all I have to say is you better hide the women and children!

I'd like to know what germanshepherd has on that car. What kind of headers. What intake and tune. Etc..

Best stock run I've ever heard of in a mustang GT was around 13.2. I can't remember who it was. Someone over on the rustang forums. Pretty impressive but stock for stock I think the R/T should have a slight edge. Neither of these two cars are stock at this point though.

And shepherd I have an 06 GT and am not completely ignorant about this.
Headers-ARH
Intake-C&L 'Racer'
Tune-SCT

Challengers are not a Challenge and like I said I whoop-up on all the old men that have them-I still might buy one next year for something to use for church on Sunday.

Nice headers. I was thinking either those or Kooks next year when I do mine. Running a canned 91 SCT tune then?

lol you guys and your smack talk. It's OK though the guys on this place (some of em anyway like Sullivan) do it all the time so it's entertaining to see one of my 4rd brothers show up here.

Good luck if you race 10 sec. From what I've read so far it's going to be an uphill battle for a GT to take him with your mods. But hey maybe you're Mario Andretti or something. lol

What rear end do you have and what transmission?

I could care less either way really. I love ALL American Muscle, but I'm partial to Blue Ovals and MOPARS especially.

V6 mustangs might be chick cars. Not so sure about the GTs though. And especially not the Cobras.

The only true old man car is the Vette and you guys all know this. It's like common sense/knowledge. So let's get real here.

They are the best headers. The only 2 I would run are ARH and Kooks period.
Thats not the tune Im running.
8.8 with an Auto
Mario is an over the hill old man
Its all downhill for Challengers

haha awesome

So what kind of tune are you running? I have a brenspeed 93 canned tune loaded on mine right now. 5 speed manual.

And gears? I have the 3.55 which came stock. Just curious.
