brake disc advice

how hard would it be to convert brake disc in the rear of the car? im pretty handy with tools, and I think I could accomplish this. thanks.

They offer several on E-Bay Motors and the price isn't that far out of line. Pretty much a bolt on upgrade. So take a look and see what you think.
