Hmmm...The only car names I have ever had besides the car's name was a reflection of what I thought about the car, I've stopped naming cars after high school. If you are easily offended, don't read my comparisons. Beware, you've been warned.

98 Taurus=the catfish
96 Olds Ciera=the mouse (I also called it the Junkmobile when it broke down on me)
late 90s Riviera=the eggmobile
Crown Victoria=the baconmobile
Town Car=the Moving coffin
early 90s Acclaim/Spirit=the deer slayer (a family nickname: my grandparents have had several of these cars and have killed I don't know how many deer with them and they never had any real damage besides a broken head light once)
1950s Dodge Royal=the tank (killed I don't know how many deer, and ran through a fence without a scratch)
1980s VW Jetta(I think)=the dune buggy (it hit so many deer that the grille and bumper was gone and my uncle put dune buggy lights on it)
1985 Ford LTD Crown Vic station wagon=the blue immortal beast (aunt's station wagon that has over 300K on original powertrain and still won't die)
1993 Jaguar XJ6= the junkuar (no offense to our friends in the U.K.) (my aunt's Jaguar that spent more time in the shop than on the road)

The list could go on forever. One of trademark jokes in my dad's family is that everyone has a car that represents how frugal we all are.

I only named one car. That was my tan vw pu truck. I asked a taco bell if I could have they 4 foot wide 1 foot tall Burritos sign, put it on the back of a tan vehicle....all of a sudden the appearance of a burrito was unmistakable....it became the burrito mobile. My wife knew my truck before she knew me. It was great, I could parallel park it anywhere there was 4 inches to either bumper..get the front in, and pick the back up and into the spot..

This one if anything will probably earn the name of "Happiness".

I'll probably refer to the 2009 Challenger as the '09 to differentiate it from my late 1970 Challenger, which will become known as the '70. Right now, the '70 is referred to as the Challenger, which could make things confusing. The only cars I've had of the same type were 1970 and 1977 Mavericks, which are referred to as the '70 and the '77, and 1985, 1986 and 1994 Thunderbirds, which are referred to as the '85, '86 and the '94. The 2000 Mustang is just the Mustang and the 1989 Tempo I inherited from my dad is the Tempo. None of this is original, but it serves the purpose.

i am going to give my new challenger the best name to ever grace a dodge, the "General Lee". i know the General was a charger but since dodge fucked it up by making it a four door, i dont think that its fitting to bestow that name on a new charger.
