Can anyone advise me how long after an order is placed for an '09 model - will a VIN be assigned? (My order went in on June 11th.)

I have read here on this forum read that some folks have already had their '09 VIN assigned.

I find it hard to beleive that the Brampton factory is able to crank out all 6400 units for the '08 model run before they close for the summer break. If this is possible, then the 09 orders will probabaly get built pretty quickly once they reopen. I can only imagine that they have stopped making 300s and Chargers until the new Challengers get built. From what I see here in Miami, the discounts are huge for the unsold 300s and Chargers - so there must be tons of this inventory sitting around - they might as well produce what is selling for strong prices.
