Default 1st race results

After taking my car home to give it some nice easy highway miles to break in and show the family/friends the new ride, I got my first race. A 2008 mustang gt pulled up beside me at a red light. He had several questions about the car and was thrilled to see it. Before the light turned, he gave me the nod that he wanted to run. I was a little skeptical about the outcome, as I had 3 girls in the car with me. Well, the hemi definitely put a spanking on his little ford motor. After seeing how far behind he was, I let off at 85 mph. I had him by atleast 4 car lengths when I let off and the Chally definitely had tons left; I was only pulling about 4500 rpms in 3rd gear.
Being caught up in the moment, I forgot to set the performance features though, so I didn't get any of the numbers.

I definitely want to take it to the strip just once to really see the numbers this car will lay down. With the K&N CAI and a predator, I think it will definitely run very low 13s.

My experience has been that Mustang guys have been the most complimentary of my Challenger. They never fail to pull up next to me and give me a thumbs up or if my widow is down tell me what a great looking ride it is. One guy in a GT pulled up next to me a gunned it, I laughed and told him to get a GT500 and then look me up. He laughed, shook his head "Yes" and told me how great the car looked. His girlfriend also told me how great it looked.

If you learn to drive the car well you should be able to hit 13.0 bone stock. I have seen a couple bone stock challengers go 13.1 and a 13.02.
