2009 Hemi Orange SRT's Available
i would like to give props to all the members that took time to email with info on where they got good deals...THANK YOU VERY MUCH! it was taken and used and i very much appreciate you taking time...
look at this too...if and when dodge offer plum crazy and sublime....and yellow...hemi orange will be a regular color... i will say we will see a bunch of orange cars on the street...bout like a red 66 ...67....70 chevelle
i stoped by a local dodge dealer today...on the way home to check out the black cars....i like the black too....and noticed out of all the ford and chevy..gms..buick...kia..honda dealers on the same 1 miles stretch...the dodge dealer had the smallest lot...and least amoutn of selection...
go figure...and yet they want 10k down plus msrp on a 2009 srt....

mopar2ya
Geeeee mopar2ya I guess you are having a bad month in selling cars???
I just want the public to know about all the gready salespeople that are hyping this car.
Yep the 2009 Challenger would have sold if they put it out like the mustang GT in 2005
when gas prices were cheap.
Gas is already over $5.50 a gallion in many places.
And when the 2009 Challenger hits the streets in the fall, gas will be $7 a gallion.
Look what Ford did today
They have stoped production on their trucks and are looking for a big lost this year...
Look at GM,their stocks today went to a all time low since the 1970s at $17.50 a share...
And GM said they will lose money this year also.....
So I am sure Dodge is in the same shape, and when the 2009s come out
there will be many deals to be made....
So anyone that Buys a 2009 challenger rt at MSRP has to be nutttttts
I will be getting mine at INVOICE and not a penny more.
Don't think I will,,,,,,,,,,Lets see how the economy is doing in the next few months........JT

Good luck, Johnnytuinals
While you're running around looking for the color/options you want hoping that the Challenger won't be as big of hit as it surely is, I'll be driving my '09 SRT8. Gas prices are irrelevant to me. If I cared about gas prices, I'd be buying a Prius. Gas costs are irrelevant to my decision to purchase a Challenger and will have 0 factor in my decisions.
I'm sure you'll get a good deal cost-wise on your Chally, but I hope you're lucky enough to get the color/options you want. I'm willing to pay MSRP for my '09 SRT8 to have piece of mind several months before they even go into production that I will for a fact be getting my car ASAP and the precise options I want.
Again, good luck. Hope everything works out well for you. For some it will, but for some it won't. Check back to the video on redletterdodge.com where one of the Chrysler execs said they haven't seen this much interest in a car since the first gen Viper.

I dont sell Dodge products, I dont own a dealership, and I have nothing to gain over what I am about to say
Give it a rest Johnny!
I can bring up anyone of your posts and read about the doom you see in the future. If gas was 10.00 per gallon I would have ordered my 08, and most here feel the same.
We all should have waited... I get it! Mission well done. Permission to depart........

I seen Gas for $4.50 in Parts of Calif and I have seen gas prices in Montauk Lomg island
just today at $4.48.I am sure when I return to montauk next week the price will be over $4.50.
I will be buying a 2009 Challenger Rt and to me the gas prices really don't mean much.
I will not be useing the car to travel to work.(I am retired lol}I just hate dealers that try to screw yeaaaaa.
I really don't care about the Color, but it has to have a manual trans.
Only thing I am saying,Many people will not be able to afford the car since gas prices have gone up....
Yep I have complained about the people that bought dodge (hedge Funds}
Do your Homework,,,,,Gas prices will be $7.00 a gallion very soon.......
You really think with the barrel of oil at $136 price that gas will not jump?(I invest in the futures so I would like to think
I know a tad more then most.}
And Oil will be at $150 a barrel very soon,am I wrong?20 years???
Am I also Wrong that the Global Warming Bill in the senate is not a tax of $1.50 a gallion????
To me I see The Challengers,Stangs and Camaros going at invoice.
And I am sure many dealers will have these cars on their lots for a long time....
Geeeee I wonder why Ford stoped making trucks?
And GM has had their worst year since the mid 70s?
