Rail yard 20 min from my house, dealer, home, 4 miles on the clock muffler man for a new exhaust, andersons for icecream with my nova( thanx dad for driving it) car cruise and an attention whore of a car, then the local chevy dealer to look for a new camaro, where are they?

I cant say enough how much I love this car! So do the people who race through traffic to see it. Its better then I thought it would be, and with the magnaflow exhaust it sounds mean.

 

Did you have a Magnaflow cat back system installed or did you just replace the mufflers?

 

I wanna hear an audio clip of the magnaflow!

its raining out now and she is tucked away in the garage, What i did was with 4 miles on the clock and 1 hour to spare after picking it up i had the resignator taken out and left the stock muffler, just to get to a car show and be louder then stock. Well it sounds way better with the stock mufflers and no res. I say opens the sound up by 60%. Then i had the exhaust replaced after the cats at the c clamps, xpiped to 2 magnaflow mufflers polished stainless and stock but new tips. And that opend her up 100% sounds mean! but a cheap good mod is just to cut the resignators off. The stock mufflers are quiet driving and very crazzy when you romp on it. The full sys on it now is siq! Ill post more pics in the sun and try to get a sound clip.

 

Are the resonators at the rear by the tips? Stupid question, I know, just want to be sure.

The res is that huge heavy square! And yes it quiets it down allot!
Its also a good thing i had it cut out and replaced with stainess straight pipes, the stock exhaust was hitting the heat shield in 6 spots. Now its not even near it.
