Default 4 digit PIN for RKE transmitter replacement

I picked up my Chally R/T last Saturday. I started reading the owners manual (pg 16) today and read that there is a 4 digit code (PIN) that that is to be provided to the original owner at the time of purchase. This PIN is required for authorized dealer replacement of RKE transmitters. I never got that. Did anyone? Is it on a card of some sort?

Yes, we received ours when we picked up the car. The code was on a small zip lock bag that says on is for customer use. I assume the the two RKE's came in that bag. Ours almost got thrown away, For some reason that I can't remember I had read that they were supposed to supply it to us. They dug it out of the trash.

Dealer should have it on their paperwork somewhere. My dealer didn't supply it to me with the sale but they were able to dig it up when I went back in and asked about it a few days later.

I think it's ironic that they had originally thrown my zip-lock bag away. They had saved everything else for me. The plastic that covered the carpet, the plastic on the seats, the white paperwork that looks like the build sheets, everything. Then they almost lost something that I might actually need in the future.
