Some hood pins would be a nice aftermarket item !!
The only trouble with hood pins on the new Challenger would be that they would have to be mounted a long way back from where hood pins were mounted on the original cars. The original Challengers' hoods opened clear at the front of the car. Now they have that panel across the front, with the break for the hood opening just about the place hood pins were mounted on the 1970s cars. Hence, hood pins would have to be mounted a ways behind that. I'm not sure how good they would look on the new cars.

I was thinking the same thing. The thought of hood pins is nice. but with the way that hood is broken up I don't see it working out right.

It should happen relatively quickly since the Challenger is not an all-new car on an all-new platform. I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch of stuff sometime later this year.
