Default Bolt piercing driver/passenger seat leather

I recall someone pointing out that there are bolts piercing the leather of the driver and passenger seat. I just saw first hand what they are talking about but I could not find the thread as to what the solution was. Has anyone taken their 08 to the dealer for corrective action? I'm only 160lb, but I some how got the bolt to pierce the leather in my drivers seat and I fear having the dealer hack a solution other than replace the seat. Problem is the bolts are piercing both sides of the seat passenger/driver. I suspect I'm taking corners too fast. [IMG][/IMG]

I put a small rubber cap over the bolt ends and seems to be holding

Run your hand between the right side between leather seat bottom and seat rail with controls on it.... all the way to the back... feel that? Same place other side.

WOW, that is not good. Just took a look at mine and those things will put a hole through you seat, it's just a matter of time. Has anyone contacted Dodge about a fix, otherwise they are going to be replacing a ton of seats.
