Default Carbon Fiber Body and Supercharger

I read an article yesterday that said the body was going to have a lot of CF in it. The only thing missing is a Supercharger. I hope the aftermarket people get behind this car they did for that [:@] Ford.

honestly, i think that aftermarket parts will be available for the Challenger before the car is even available, since the companies who are designing performance parts such as forced induction systems for the current SRT8 vehicles will basically already have kits built.

As for the carbon fiber, i know that it has some CF on it, but i question exactly how much will make it through to production, because CF body panels will REALLY hike the price.

Yeah, I don't know how they could make the car affordable by using CF throughout, that stuff is really expensive.

If they make the car "for the masses," they won't. If they make the car as something "special" that only a few people can afford, that's another story. I think they're leaning towards the former, IMO.

Carbon fiber would be nice, considering how heavy the body is rumored to be...

I agree Pat, I think there will be plenty of aftermarket parts... i don't think we have to worry about it...
