From what I've read, the computor learns your driving habits and the harder you drive (up to a point) the more it gives you. As in timing and agressive settings. Premium helps too. It will not count knocks and cut your timing to protect the engine. So party on my man and enjoy the ride.

I've heard sevral of the Hi-po cars, Mustang, Challenger, Wrx, etc have a break in period of different shift points, fuel trims, and spark advance. Plus these pcms learn how individuals drive, and adjust for best results

Make sure you keep the RPMs up so the ridge is set high and long. Also, make sure to change oil at 500 miles.

I posed the question about the computer and driving habits on the last SRT Engineers Chat Session. Here was my question and their reply:

Q. Is it true that the computer learns your driving habits and the engine will not “come alive” if you drive too conservatively?

A. The trans controller and the engine controller both adapt to the car more than your driving habits. It compensates for build and system variables of the components to torque and time events.

If you think the car runs good now, wait till you put a Predator tuner on it. Wow.

I thought the diablo tune was the single best mod for performance feel, and the zoomers for performance sound. I will back down the custom tune a tad so I can avoid the second gear tire spin at WOT.
At 450 miles its a beast of a street car!

450 miles? But Andre, you've only actually traveled about 40 yards.
