Yea, but it's got a 20 year old chassis and has no WOW factor

That is not correct. While it is true that is has a solid rear axle suspension; actually, the current Mustang chassis is a "watered-down" version of the Jaguar "S" type and recent Thunderbird. The 20 year old - pre-2005 - Mustang chassis has nothing in common with the new one.

Nonetheless, the new Challenger is a far more superior automobile in many ways that go beyond the independant rear suspension. It is amazing that these two cars are selling in a similar price range - the Dodge is a true bargain for what we are getting.

If this was 2005, it would not even be a question.

More over C5 vette's can be had for just over 25k with less than 30,000 miles on them. And the dream machine can out-run both of them. Think about that Jack. The Bullit is a big waste of money on the other hand.

THATS LIKE COMPARING A GREYHOUND TO A THOROUGHBRED. (sorry - didn't mean to shout). Obviously, the thoroughbred is head and shoulders above the greyhound - pun intended.
