Well I saw the Silver, White, Yellow, B5 Blue, Dark Blue, Black, and Plum Crazy all lined up next to each other.

After many years of wanting the Plum Crazy color, it was just too candy purple for me. I think they changed the shade. I love the Black and dark blue but I think in the end when I do buy one it will be the B5 Blue.

That color just popped for me. IMHO

 

As far as the Purple, it all depends on the lighting, mine goes from a deep purple to a light purple depending on the conditions outside.

Actually, those pics are a very nice Plum Crazy color.

 

I still haven't seen a Plum Crazy Challenger yet, but if they're anything like the Chargers, the color will vary greatly from car to car. I've only seen one Charger that was the color of the 1970s Plum Crazy.

 

hey ya'll aint been around in a while,glad to see some of ya still here.I was just at the dealer last week gettin a window motor replaced and saw my first plum crazy up close. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!Just joking I asked if they'd trade my '08 SRT8 with only 6k miles straight up that's how much I loved it.
