RE: Challenger VP Old and New School
I LOVE the new one!!! Script Challenger badges. What appears to be DODGE lettering on the hood! That's EXACTLY what I want! Put a Texas license plate on it and it's mine!

Is the '70 "The Vanishing Point" Challenger? I have the one that Ertl has,and a real '74 that I cloned into a V P Chally.
The new one in white is sooo awesome. I noticed somebody making repro Colorado license plates( of the one used in the movie)
selling on ebay.

Person to person call for Kowal ... I mean Paladin. Those are nice. I should have both by Christmas of 08. And it would be nice to have 1/18 scale by Christmas of 07. Hint... hint.

Paladin, what does the lettering say on the sides of the hood of the new-style Challenger? I assume it's the engine size, but it's too small in the picture for me to read. And I assume the '70's engine badge says 440 Magnum.

440 Six Pack on the Old School and 6.1 Hemi on the new school.

RE: Challenger VP Old and New School
Something to ponder....if Mopar were to want to recycle the 6 Pack nomenclature in the age of EFI what could the 6 represent in a modern day Six Pack........ Liters? That's the only thing I could imagine? Or in a multi point on a 6 cyl it could represents injectors....but seems like that'd be headed in the wrong directions
