Default Concept Challenger In Public... Outdoors!!!

There are links on various message boards with different sets of pictures of an outdoor appearance by the Challenger Concept car in California...

Here is one from Moparts: http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/...=0#Post2623490

Ever been? Actually it is great to live here for certain reasons(for me riding my motorcycle all year round), but there are also the bad. But I think one can say that for any state. They all have their pros and cons, I am sure.

just based on what vehicles have to go through...like you have to have a sticker on your CAI that says that its ok? i dont go for that...PA is bad enough...i dont own a car with a cat anymore, other than the RT, and not much is done to it...i judge a place by their automotive laws, and thats all that applies to me...i dont care about taxes or any of that stuff..im unemployed...

and i can see why the weather is great for you, but i dont have a bike, and i dont like hot weather.

Come on, Patrick.... what do you really have against the land of fruits & nuts?

Seriously, the fact that this concept is out driving on the street like that confirms my suspicions that this car could be more production-ready than DCX wants to admit. They are being prettty cagey about admitting anything, though.... perhaps waiting to see what happens with fuel prices before deciding anything???

fuel prices will never matter to gearheads....fuel is much more expensive in canada, and MF has lots of canadian members...so does DF...some of the best street racing scenes that i have seen are in canada, and they are running muscle cars and vipers...i dont know why they care...the mustang doesnt get great mileage, nor does the GTO, and it sells well..the mitsu evo gets awful mileage, as does the srt4, and they sell great...

I agree about the fuel prices. If you want to buy a car like the Mustang GT, GTO or when the Challenger comes out, the last thing one thinks of id mileage. If they do, then none of these cars are for them. I do alright mileage wise. I drive half street and half highway. I am roughly about 22 mpg's as long as I am not stomping on it all the time. Better mileage than my 4.0 ranger. But when I went to buy my Mustang GT, I wasn't even thinking of gas. I am actually surprised though, because I get better than I thought so it is all good. I figured basic driving around 18 to 20. If I am just on highway cruisin around 75 I average 25 to 26.
