RE: ESP or Engine issue
Right when it chimes / dings, you get a message "ESP disabled" under the speedo. Now I can disengage without having to hear it.

RE: ESP or Engine issue
I laid a nice burnout last nite in front of a house party down the street we were at...hubby shook his head again...he didn't have to say a word...LOL!
I already know...another $100...but...it's my $100 to spend as I please :) |
RE: ESP or Engine issue
I don't want to leave a smokey trail when I'm racing someone. How do I set the ESP when I want to S*** and get?????

RE: ESP or Engine issue
For launch with traction just leave ESP on, or hit the button once quick to partly disable

RE: ESP or Engine issue
Hey Andre,
Maybe you can answer this for me? Yesterday...with the ESP fully disabled I was doing my burn out....only one tire initially started...then the other kicked in and both were spinning....why would the car do this? |
RE: ESP or Engine issue
With the esp off you have an open rear end. I still get both tires lit, but often it begins with one and then the other.
Its still an open rear with the ESP on, but the computer adjusts for traction. Its currently about 1400.00 in parts to fix this, but I dont feel its a problem until we start changing rear end ratios, or the race track is your main hobby. |
RE: ESP or Engine issue

RE: ESP or Engine issue
ORIGINAL: Andre@Edge Glad you posted it to Chris. Until Rhonda posted about holding the button and seeing the results I was getting PM's telling me I was nuts :-) |
RE: ESP or Engine issue
I started reading this and was getting worried. My 06 Daytona tuns off with the chime.
I am anxiously awaiting my R/T with the trak Pak and Sure Grip. Hit D1 last week with a 9/12 est ship date. (not holding my breath) |
