Finally Saw 2 Challengers on the Street
Yes, after seeing many in dealers showrooms I finally got to see 2 and they were actually on the same street. One was an Orange SRT8 and the other was a Silver SE. I got the feeling the guy in the SE must have traded a truck in because he had a small trailer hooked to the back of it while it was parked in the Home Depot lot.

I trust he wasn't using a bumper hitch. ;)

Be interesting as to how he mounted the hitch....................

I saw somewhere that there was a tow hitch kit available for it and the charger. Cant remember where I saw it tho.... [sm=sigh.gif]

RE: Finally Saw 2 Challengers on the Street
I would like to see a picture of a Challenger towing a trailer, maybe Dodge could use it in a new promotion use your Challenger not your Ram pickup:D

RE: Finally Saw 2 Challengers on the Street
Seems to me it would be a natural for thier Ram Challenge ad campaign... [sm=exactly.gif] |

RE: Finally Saw 2 Challengers on the Street
Reminds me of the story about a couple who purchased a new 1970 Superbird to tow their trailer because they wanted the power.............Sorry but I just don't see the Challenger as a tow vehicle
In Nevada I saw a guy in a Mini who had a tow ball attached to the pull ring on the rightside bumper, the trailer arm had a bend in it to move it to the right......what a set up..... **When they say the Challenger really hauls....towing a load is not what they mean.........) |
