Apologies if someone has posted this already-this dealer thinks he has car #500-or worse, knows he doesn't and is passing it off:

I sent the seller a note, and also, to ebay.

 

It appears to be the Canada-only edition called the Challenger SRT8 500.

But as far as I know, the Canada cars are not 1 of, 2 of, etc., they all just say "500." That's pretty neat, don't get me wrong, but the seller clearly says, "This is #500."

Yep canadian one of 750 qwhat else is differant on canadian modles? dash plack, no srt8 badging any mechanicle differences?

 

The listing doesn't bother me at all, it is in fact that the seller/ dealer didn't even have the courtesy to clean the engine bay to sell the damn thing. That sickens me.

 

The seller just wrote back to me and said:

"I WILL HAVE TO LOOK INTO THAT. DID NOT KNOW THAT INFO THANKS.

My question s how did a Texas dealership get a Canadian only vehicle??? I could see one of the northern states, North Dakota, Maine, Michigan etc, BUT TEXAS???????

 

That probably helps explain why some people in the U.S. are still waiting for the 08s they ordered.
