o well no more HP Camaro's and Vettes

 

Looks as if the long anticipated muscle car war between the big three is now down to a two horse race (sorry about the play on words). Kind of makes the coming release of the Camaro rather anticlimax without an SS version being offered (if this is truly the case). Seems as if the Camaro may be the first victim of the “bailout”…..
Perhaps those of you planning on waiting for the 2011 6.4 liter Challenger should reconsider waiting………..just a thought…

 

It says "with the exception of" the Camaro SS, GM won't be producing any more high performance cars. That would infer the Camaro is still on the way.

 

camaro is still coming ....and yes that means the SS ,,,,

 

and this also does not affect the base Corvette...

 

I would say that where theres a will theres a way. They have been there before. 60s and 70s. Americans are reziliant and will find a way. Theres always the aftermarket and tuners. So this is just an adjustment at the factory level... but still sad to see it happen.

 

There will be no 6.4 while the USG is running the car business so get over it.

 

lol paladin your just mad because when it does come out it will have more power and better fuel efficiency due to mds than your crushed....past tense get it?
