Very cool. I guess I need to confess I can't remember ever seeing the movie Vanishing Point but I have seen Bullitt several times. I guess I better get a copy and get with the program.

Let's see:
White Challenger RT with those plates....you had better beware of any Bulldozers in the area....

And, as for tskatz...
You call yourself a Challenger lover and have never seen "Vanishing Point"?!?!?! AND, there are two different versions of the movie, no less as jjmpb stated............................
BAD CHALLENGER OWNER...BAD...now go get a copy, watch it, and study it....there will be a test later....

ORIGINAL: FAD1

Was the 1997 version of vanishing point good ?
I personally think so, the newer version has more of a plot if you can actually say either of them have a plot....And, the second version was directed more towards the Mopar group as they talk a lot more about the cars and additionally show more details. It also has more Mopars, 70 Challenger RT (of course), a Black 68 Charger RT (Owned by cop.."It takes a Mopar to catch a Mopar"), and a 71 Road Runner.

However, the original "Super Soul", the music, and the location was much better in the first (1971).
If you love Challengers, you should have both versions in your DVD collection. If I could have only one in my collection...hands down it would be the 1971 version....

Thx guys!!
Still loving the car more and more everyday!!
People still freak when they see it go by.

I wanted the Go Wing originally but I heard you have to drill and fill holes. Guess not then
I do like it all clean and white even tho it's not pure white like I wanted and these super white plates mess up the white balance on my camera and make it like super creamy looking. In person in looks way whiter.

cya!
