I drilled the rear holes about 1/2" past the 'crease' across the back of the lid, and
used the crease for added strength..



I figured out where I was going to put it and drilled the 'underside' hole first
to make certain of no obstructions..

You can't mount it any further back because of the tailight housing..

not sure what it will cost but I'm sure it will come un-painted so it will cost you at least $250-$300 just to paint it properly

 

And typically don't come with all the hardware like latch, weather stripping and hinges.
