Some markets are more predictable. Take for instance the Mustang crowd. Nearly every Mustang guy buys a cowl hood and Flowmasters. They have built a bazillion mustangs and the aftermarket manufacturers know that they will sell the crap out of the parts, so the price is lower.
The other shakers look silly in comparison and knowing where this is built, you won't find a better piece. Pull out your wallets a quit ****in!

Which company posted this photo? This hood looks much nicer than the flat hood. I do not care if the shaker does not force air into the engine. If it looks sharp and is used only to cool the engine bay, I can live with that.

This one for 895.00 is a Shaker Style Functional Ram Air Hood..
It is not a true SHAKER HOOD, which the one from HXC is..
A true Shaker hood, the scoop part stays ON the motor when you lift the hood..
The shaker STYLE one lifts up with the hood, because it is actually part of the hood..

This is a lot of money for an appearnce feature, but it looks good. If you do the labor and paint it is around $2300.00. Imagine a jacked up 6.1 to 7.0 with 426 hemi badge on the shaker scoop.
