You know youre right. The charger got very good ratings though and Im sure the challenger will have very similar if not the same. If anything is different it would probably be the rear passenger ratings.
Well we all know that most of the Challengers weight is due to crash rating compliance. I bet if you removed those huge steel girders in the doors you could shave a hundred pounds off the car easily.
I recall reading an article that stated the reason the Challenger production car wasn’t a true hardtop was a result of the side-impact testing. They had to add the B-pillar for support.
