Excellent time. I've done the 1,000-mile run from San Antonio to Des Moines, Iowa, numerous times. It generally takes 17 hours. I-35 is too well patrolled, particularly in Texas.

The SE was a blast to drive........We dropped our lease on our 07 Impala and paid the penalty.Worth every dime we paid.Half the time we ran the air. Most of the people on the road saw this go by.........JB.

SE with an SRT rear spoiler? I was under the impression many didn't like the SRT spoiler. I personally like the old go wing.

OK, this is a good point to ask something I've been wondering. Can you guys with spoilers see them out of the rear-view mirror at all? If you can, I might consider adding one to my SE. It would make parallel parking a lot easier to be actually able to see the rear end.

You can't see the spoiler at all......come to think of it.....you can't see a whole lot....makes backing a real "Challenge".....
