Zero Feedback, ID created in 2003 and why would you put a buy it now at MSRP when others are selling $5k to $20k above sticker on ebay? I think you could have sold it locally for MSRP. One way to check would be to run the vin, 8h289555 to see where it is.

Well, they DID get the phone number correct for what appears to be a perfectly legitimate Dodge dealer. Maybe the good folks of Wisconsin DON'T WANT an SRT as the cost of regular gasoline crosses the $4 threshold. Also, the "buy it now" price IS above sticker, isn't it?

That's a small dealer in a small town near Madison, Wi. That town was hit with a tornado a few years back. The only thing left standing was the water tower. A few people were killed in the disaster that night. The gas prices in the area around are 3.95 for 87 octane well over $4 for 93 octane.

Since dodge promised a challenger to every dealer I'd imagine that includes the very small middle of nowhere dealers too. In a small town of people with not a whole lot of money who are more interested in trucks anyway the car could be a tough sell. Thus selling it to a distant buyer on ebay is a good idea.

I don't think every dealer got a Challenger, simply because I have heard of too many that got 8-10. In my mind that leaves someone out. Also, you did not have to have a name on every car. I had my name on one with less options but decided to get one that the dealer ordered that was fully optioned. My name is still on the other one and it has been purchased by someone else. I am getting the one that says "retail".
