it means that probably your dealer most likely put your name in wrong when they reported the sale..if you give me the last 9 of your vin i will check it for you ...i can do it now if you want me to

hey runner how are you enjoying that chally....i am having a great time..i have met so many great people ...we have done 2 of the srt experiences and going to set up another to meet at...what a kick....its been awhile since i have talked to you....

i dont think its your last name....it is Drews right ????
i was told when i called after i put mine in by chrysler service contracts that the srt8 should not be able to get the lifetime it was a glich in the computer and
they would have to honor the contract....they may have made the changes for the 09s...and maybe it will only work on the 08s...
i have not seen that message before where it said it was not available to view..??? i will check tomorrow and if i can get any info for you i will post im you..

Challeygirl, like everyone else I'm lovin' it. Unfortunately right now it's cold, snow, rain, sleet, and generally nasty, so it's sitting in the garage covered up. I have an appointment to get the oil changed Monday so I'm hoping it clears up.
I still have to go to the SRT experience so maybe when the new schedule comes out we can get everyone to meet once again. It would be great to meet everyone in person that I have talked with on the forum and shared stories with over the past year. Hopefully some of the new 09 owners will make it too.

i just did it and you have to put in your whole VIN in order for it to work. once you do that all your info pops up. I have the LIFE TIME POWETRAIN SERVICE CONTRACT

i will post it when the schedule comes out late Feb ....hopefully we gan get 10 or more of us ...it makes it so much fun especially when they put us on the same team and we compete
